Cashback Program Terms and Conditions

Cashback Structure:

• 10% Cashback on total purchase amount (excluding GST) for policies below ₹50,000 with no additional conditions or tiers.

• 12% Cashback on total purchase amount (excluding GST) for policies above ₹50,000 with no additional conditions or tiers.

• 15% Cashback on total purchase amount (excluding GST) for policies above ₹75000 with below conditions:

  • Policies with a sum insured above ₹20 lakh or

  • Single and Multi-year policies (2-3 years).

1. New Policy Purchase Conditions:

• Eligibility: All new customers purchasing health insurance are eligible.

• Minimum Premium Requirement: No minimum premium limit for eligibility, but higher premiums may unlock higher commission rates.

• Exclusions: Specific policies may be excluded based on insurer discretion.

• 2. Policy Portability Conditions:

  • Eligibility: Existing health insurance policies that meet the criteria below can be ported.

  • Minimum Sum Insured Requirement: Policy to be ported must have a sum insured of ₹10 lakh or above.

  • Policies with a sum insured below ₹10 lakh will be considered only in exceptional cases.

  • Portability Window: Customers must apply for portability till the date of policy expiry.

  • Documentation: Requires the customer’s current policy documents, address and id proof ,claim history, and medical reports (if required by the new insurer).

  • Approval: Portability is subject to underwriting and approval from the new insurer.

3. Referral Conditions:

• Eligibility: Any individual can refer new customers to the insurance service, including existing carry health insurance customers.

• Referral Bonus:

  • 10% Referral Bonus on the first year’s premium (excluding GST) for every successful referral.

Additional Conditions:

• Referral must be registered before the purchase.

• Referral payouts are processed after policy issuance and the cooling-off period, as defined by the insurer.

• 4. Payment:

  • Payouts are processed after policy issuance and the cooling-off period, as defined by the insurer, via bank transfer, UPI, NEFT, or IMPS.

  5. Acceptance:

  • By participating in the referral program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
